The Lucknow Development Authority has directed contractors working in Parijat and Panchsheel apartments in Gomtinagar to complete all pending works. During a review meeting, LDA Vice Chairperson Indramani Tripathi found that the work of ramp shifting in the basement in Parijat apartment was pending and final fire NOC has not been received.
The apartment has only a provisional NOC. He asked contractors to complete pending works. He also asked contractors to install speed breakers at three main spots in the compound and set up swings in the park.
Reviewing the works being done in Panchsheel apartment, the VC said that saplings should be planted in the park and remaining works of seepage, etc should be completed soon so that possession could be given to the allottees in minimum 10 days after the registry.
