Curated Living Solutions Pvt Ltd (CLSPL) has finalised a significant partnership with Shree Banbai Nenshi Trust (BNMV) for a 10-year lease on a new student accommodation facility in Mumbai’s Juhu district. The project, a girls’ hostel designed and constructed by BNMV Trust, features a total of 325 beds spread across a built-up area of 1 lakh square feet. Situated on Gulmohar Road, Juhu, the facility is ideally positioned to cater to the accommodation needs of students from prominent institutions such as NMIMS and Mithibai College. This location is strategically chosen to ensure proximity to major educational institutions, addressing the increasing demand for quality student housing in the area.
