Domestic airline IndiGo announced direct flight services between Adampur (Jalandhar) in Punjab and Mumbai, commencing July 2, 2025.
This new route marks Adampur as IndiGo’s 92nd domestic and 133rd overall destination, signalling a strategic expansion of its network across India. The introduction of this direct connection is poised to offer Punjab’s vital agricultural and industrial sectors streamlined access to the bustling major ports and commercial hubs within the Mumbai metropolitan region, thereby unlocking substantial trade opportunities.
