The first dedicated maintenance depot for these semi-high-speed trains is under construction at Bhagat Ki Kothi in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur Railway Division, marking a strategic milestone in the country’s rail infrastructure. Spanning a substantial 600 metres, the Bhagat Ki Kothi depot will feature three pit lines, enabling simultaneous servicing of three Vande Bharat trains.
