Beginning Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 6 a.m. and lasting until 6 a.m. on Friday, residents in various localities will experience a complete shutdown of water supply services. This interruption is necessitated by crucial leakage repair work on the existing 2375mm-diameter MS pumping main of the KDWSP Phase-III, a critical infrastructure component of the city’s water distribution network.
The affected regions encompass a wide swath of the city, including Shastripuram, Bandlaguda, Bhojagutta, and prominent areas such as Jubilee Hills and Gachibowli. With the closure set to last for 24 hours, residents are advised to stockpile drinking water and make necessary arrangements to mitigate inconvenience.
