Gujarat Orders Inspection Of 200 Dams After Bridge Collapse
Gujarat’s Chief Minister has approved a significant ₹212 crore project for a new two-lane bridge near Mujpur, five days after the tragic Gambhira bridge collapse. This crucial decision aims to swiftly restore vital transportation connectivity between Central Gujarat and Saurashtra, which was severely disrupted by the incident. A Superintending Engineer from the Roads and Buildings Department confirmed these enhancements.
