The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced two major infrastructure projects in the Gomtinagar Extension area, collectively valued at approximately ₹3300 crore.

The first project, the River View Apartments, is a large-scale residential development spanning approximately 51 acres in Maleshemau village, Gomtinagar Extension. The second initiative involves the development of a hotel-cum-commercial complex near the 1090 Crossing, with an estimated investment of ₹800 crore.
