Gaurs Group, a prominent real estate developer based in the National Capital Region (NCR), is anticipating a gross revenue of approximately ₹3,000 crore from the sale of ultra-luxury units at its latest residential project in Ghaziabad.
The project, strategically located along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway (National Highway 24), will offer around 1,200 high-end housing units with starting prices of ₹2.5 crore. The project, branded as “Gaur NYC Residences,” marks Ghaziabad’s first venture into ultra-luxury residential development, drawing inspiration from New York-style living. The development is set on a 12-acre land parcel within Wave City and will feature 10 towers, each rising to 32 floors. The residential units will be offered in four configurations, including 4-bedroom and 4-bedroom plus servant layouts.
A highlight of Gaur NYC Residences is the lavish clubhouse, modelled after Madison Square, and a 118-metre-long swimming pool, adding to the project’s appeal. Gaurs Group has already received RERA approval, and construction is underway, with a projected construction cost of approximately ₹1,300 crore, excluding land and other ancillary expenses. The response to the project has been overwhelming, with over 3,000 expressions of interest (EOIs) received for the 1,200 available units, indicating that demand has exceeded supply by three times. This enthusiastic reception follows shortly after the project obtained RERA approval. The company claims that the rapid over-subscription of the project is a testament to its reputation for timely deliveries and high-quality developments.
Commenting on the project, a spokesperson from Gaurs Group stated, “The response we have received for the project only speaks about our commitment to timely deliveries. We are committed to taking Gaur NYC Residences into the league of NCR’s iconic residential projects.” This new development represents Gaurs Group’s third foray into the ultra-luxury segment, further cementing its position as a leader in high-end real estate.
