Carbon Neutrality to Shape Future of Industries

Veteran market analyst Madhu Kela has identified two seismic trends that are set
to shape the future of industries: carbon neutrality and artificial intelligence (AI).
He emphasised that carbon neutrality is a mega trend that will influence various
sectors for years to come.

Carbon neutrality, the concept of balancing carbon emissions with carbon
absorption, has gained global attention as countries and businesses strive to combat
climate change. Kela highlighted that prominent Indian business leaders, including
Mukesh Ambani, Gautam Adani and Sajjan Jindal, are investing billions of dollars
in green energy and electric vehicles. Kela's investment in Waaree, a green secto company, reflects his confidence in the potential for billion-dollar value creation
within this sector.

He noted that both the defense and railway industries have recently experienced
notable gains and a sense of near-term enthusiasm. These sectors, he believes, are
on the brink of substantial developments.
In addition to carbon neutrality, Kela emphasised the impending rise of artificial
intelligence (AI) as another transformative trend. He described AI as an event of
monumental proportions, akin to the emergence of the internet. AI is poised to
disrupt multiple industries while offering significant opportunities for those who
harness its capabilities.

Kela’s insights underscore the evolving landscape of business and investment,
where sustainability through carbon neutrality and the transformative potential of
AI are set to define the trajectory of industries worldwide. These trends not only
present challenges but also offer opportunities for investors and businesses looking
to stay ahead in an ever-changing world.
