Bengaluru footprint, TVS Emerald, the real estate division of the TVS Group, has acquired a 7.18-acre parcel of land near Rayasandra Lake in southeast Bengaluru. The company intends to launch a premium residential development expected to generate revenues exceeding ₹700 crore.
“This site presents an excellent opportunity to develop a premium residential community, given its superior location and accessibility,” said Sriram Iyer, director and CEO of TVS Emerald. He highlighted Rayasandra’s strategic placement near Bengaluru’s thriving IT corridor and ongoing infrastructure upgrades as key drivers of future demand.As the company’s seventh major land acquisition in Bengaluru, this purchase reinforces its long-term commitment to the city. In February, TVS Emerald acquired a significantly larger 10-acre plot in Sathnur, projecting ₹1,600 crore in revenue from that development. Other recent expansions include parcels in Chennai and northern Bengaluru, bringing its total development pipeline to approximately 8 million sq ft.
Rayasandra increasingly stands out as a residential hotspot. Proximity to the IT belt, improved road networks, and infrastructure investments have elevated its appeal among upwardly mobile professionals and families. Real estate analysts predict the area will continue to witness strong growth, making it fertile ground for premium housing.TVS Emerald’s entry signals confidence in the region’s long-term potential.
