BharathCloud has announced a strategic partnership with JLL to advance the development of AI-ready sovereign cloud infrastructure across India, with plans to invest up to USD 100 million over the next five years. The initiative will cover major metros including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, and Pune, as well as select Tier-II and Tier-III cities such as Jaipur, Coimbatore, and Chandigarh. The collaboration aims to establish a distributed edge cloud ecosystem capable of supporting enterprise AI, 5G, and IoT applications, while ensuring compliance with India’s data sovereignty requirements.

Under the partnership, JLL will provide advisory services for colocation site identification, design consultancy, and portfolio optimisation, effectively integrating real estate expertise with cloud infrastructure planning.
