Global industrial real estate developer Panattoni has announced a significant investment of approximately ₹210 crore to develop a 25-acre industrial and logistics park in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
This project, named Panattoni Park Hosur I, marks the company’s second venture in India, following its ongoing development in the Delhi-NCR region. Situated along National Highway 44, the park is strategically located to serve as a critical node in India’s logistics network. The development will offer a total leasable area of 5.5 lakh square feet, featuring state-of-the-art infrastructure designed to meet the diverse needs of e-commerce, third-party logistics providers (3PL), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, and manufacturing sectors.
In line with global sustainability standards, Panattoni Park Hosur I will incorporate eco-friendly construction methods and innovative infrastructure.
