The company has also established a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru, in partnership with the Karnataka Skill Ministry and the Ministry of Education, France. The COE focuses on training trainers from ITIs and polytechnic institutes in Karnataka and other states.
Moreover, Schneider Electric’s state-of-the-art energy meter manufacturing facility in Mysuru, spread across 54,000 square meters, plays a crucial role in supporting the Government of India’s Smart Meter National Programme (SMNP). The facility has supplied more than 80 million electricity meters across the country and features an integrated digital manufacturing system to ensure process compliance, quality checks, etc.
