Ashiana Housing, a prominent player in the Delhi-NCR real estate market, has reported a substantial achievement in its latest venture, Ashiana Amarah. The developer has successfully sold 168 housing units for ₹403.49 crore in Phase 4 of this kid-centric residential project, underscoring the growing appeal of specialised family-friendly housing.
Ashiana Amarah, situated in Sector 93, Gurugram, is a notable project spanning 22 acres. It is designed with a focus on children’s needs, a concept that distinguishes it from conventional residential complexes. The fourth phase of the development encompasses a total saleable area of approximately 495,000 square feet, offering premium 3 BHK units. The successful booking of 168 out of the 280 available units reflects a robust demand for such niche housing solutions. The joint managing director of Ashiana Housing expressed satisfaction with the early sales performance, stating, “The positive response to Phase 4 of Ashiana Amarah highlights the increasing interest in our kid-centric homes. The swift booking of nearly 60% of the available units in such a short time period is a testament to the growing market for family-oriented living spaces.”
Kid-centric homes, such as those in Ashiana Amarah, prioritise features that cater specifically to children, including play areas, safety measures, and educational amenities. Ashiana Housing’s commitment to this concept is also evident in their other projects, including Ashiana Town in Bhiwadi and Ashiana Umang in Jaipur. Established in 1979, Ashiana Housing Ltd has built a significant presence across nine Indian cities, delivering over 23 million square feet of residential space. The recent surge in the Delhi-NCR housing market has seen Gurugram emerge as a leading player, accounting for 55% of new launches in the first half of 2024, with Noida trailing at 35%, as per the latest JLL report.
